Nicole Sarah Fry is a 24-year-old filmmaker from Dorset who delights in all areas of film production. She directed her first short film Desires and Delusions in 2022 and her second, Lies on the Line, in 2023. These award-winning films were set in the 1810s and the 1960s respectively. Her third film, The Lace, was funded via Kickstarter and was filmed in the winter of 2024 and is set for festivals this summer.
Upcoming Projects
My next short is called 'The Cycling Adventures Adventures of Lettice Bly', which is set in the 1890s countryside and will be filmed in Spring 2025. This summer I will be directing a proof of concept short called 'The Three Graces' written by Andreane Rellou set in the 1860s art world of the Pre-Raphaelites. In Autumn 2025, I will be heading to rural France for an Edwardian short film.
